HALLOFUND was established on the premise that all children should enjoy Halloween.  Parents should enjoy this annual event with their children without the stress of spending a ton of money on costumes and accessories.   Founded by IT Director Michelle Bagley, mother of three daughters and wife of a Detroit Middle School Principal,   Hallofund seeks to ensure that students simply enjoy Halloween.   Volunteer, Donate  and Keep up with our efforts throughout the years!
